Southern Peach Cobbler
Filling
6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cornstarch
Topping
1 cup flour
⅓ cup sugar
1½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
6 tbsp cold butter
⅓ cup milk
Bake
Mix filling ingredients and place in a buttered baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients until crumbly.
Drop topping over peaches.
Bake at 375°F for 40–45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
